Knowledge Management: How to Create an Effective Learning Organization
Learning Organizations enable their workforce to continuously acquire, use and create knowledge and insights that can improve business strategies and performance. In this training, HR personnel will understand explicit and implicit knowledge; explore strategies to transform their organizations into Learning organizations by developing upon the 5 basic disciplines of Learning Organization (Shared vision, Mental Models, Personal Mastery, Team Learning and Systems Thinking); and develop their workforce into knowledge workers. HR personnel will learn strategies to create a knowledge culture and sustain it by Leadership, Communities of Practice, and Reward Structures. They will develop IT as an integral element to facilitate Knowledge Management and install programs that enable data mining and analytics.
