Human Resources Metrics and Analytics:
HR metrics comprises data on past and present HR activities gathered through surveys, employee records, interviews and focus groups.
The difference between data set points generally serve as a barometer, indicating which areas of HR initiatives are performing as desired or vice versa.
HR analytics is a procedure for generating an understandig on how investments in HR contribute to four primary outcomes: (a) generating revenue, (b) minimizing expenses, (c) mitigating risks, and (d) executing strategic plans.
Statistical analysis is applied to generate models that can explain the cause and the impact of an investment or a trend on future outcomes of business goals.
In this training, participants will understand measures and data used in HR metrics, and explore insights obtained from data analytics to predict trends in HR.
