Total Quality Management for Human Resources and Training (TQM Human Resources)

In this training, HR professionals will learn to write an HR mission statement, benchmark HR policies/practice against leading organizations, identify internal and external HR customer needs, and determine the Needs gap. HR professionals will learn strategies such as Customer-focus, Total employee involvement, Process-centered management, and Detection of unexpected Variation to continuously improve on HR functions and services and to address issues in the Needs gap in a manner above expectation.
