Performance Management: Setting Objectives and KPIs

Objectives translate organizational strategy into targets that are specific, measurable, and achievable within a defined time frame. Performance management involves creating, aligning, executing and monitoring HR plans and activities to achieve those objectives, and making adjustments if necessary, in order to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. A key performance indicator (KPI) is a quantifiable measure that indicates progress towards the achievement of a particular objective. In this program, participants will understand the different types of KPIs to measure the performance of specific objectives, and learn to make recommendations for adjustment of activity or objectives to enable the organization to stay on track to achieve its strategic goals.
