HR Scorecard

The HR Balance Scorecard provides specific and measurable means to monitor workforce indicators, analyze workforce statistics and issues, calculate any negative financial impact, and track improvements in workforce performance. The Balance Scorecard thus positions HR managers as a strategic planning partner with line managers and executives who directly account for firm profitability and shareholder value.
