Manpower Organization, Succession Planning and Trend Analysis

In this training session, HR personnel will develop a strategic HR focus to guide a manpower analysis; Understand organizational design and organizational structures and working ratios to assure productivity; Identify critical data and execute predictive forecasting to identify and predict trends in order to decide on downsizing and more importantly right sizing; Plan a workflow management or if using a digital workforce planning dash board plan the business process mapping flows; Communicate and demonstrate to others the benefits of workflow management; Plan succession planning effectively using the three approach method – Group development for succession planning, Individual and deputy selection, and/or External selection , known as head hunting.
