Measuring Human Resource Effectiveness in Improving Organizational Performance

Good HR practices when aligned with the business strategy of the organization will correlate positively with better organizational and business results such as Return on Investment, Predictive Insights of potential areas for investments, expansions, and reductions; Justification for budget allocations; and Measures of accountability for each dollar spent on HR development. In this program, several Methodology to measure Human Resource Effectiveness are taught, including Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), Employee Assurance and Employee Satisfaction Index, Absenteeism Rate, Employee Productivity rate, Employee Engagement, Average length of service, and Staff Turnover and Attrition Rate.
