Advanced Selection, Interviewing & Recruitment Skills

In this training program, participants will be able to write Recruitment Criteria for use in advertising and shortlisting, and for constructing effective interview questions; identify competencies, abilities and attitude for the job advertised; design high quality interview questions that are score-able and bias free; develop numeric scoring scale for knowledge, ability and attitude interview questions; acquire competence in scoring the interview questions; develop skills to use cues during interviews to prepare both the interviewer and interviewee; learn how to decode different types of body language, prepare and use probing questions; make the final selection of new recruits, and take the necessary professional actions following the interview.
