This course equips managers with an integrated set of vital skills including communication, relationship-building, strategic thinking and presentation skills that help to maintain good public and media relations in their organisations. Participants will understand how to utilise all types of social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn etc. that are currently in use and become more professional in handling and managing media and the information released to the media. Participants will be able to cultivate a healthy working relationship with media professionals and be more professional in their public relations activities and tasks. The course will also expand the participants capacities in organising a press conference, promoting communications material, publishing accurate information, and handling crisis communication effectively.
