Identifying Training Needs and Preparation of Training Budgets

In this training program, HR managers will understand the five levels of training needs analysis which are Organizational, Work/Task, Person, Performance, and Content Analysis. Organizational analysis determines why training is needed by the organization to achieve its business goals. The Work analysis / Task Analysis specify the competencies gap linked to job requirements. Person Analysis analyzes the needs of the persons who will receive the training. Content analysis covers compliance standards, laws, and regulation related to the job. HR participants will also develop a training budget based on the priority of the key training needs or initiatives, the estimated costs for each initiative, and the cost-revenue structure of training to the organization.
