LXP also supports metrics analysis and analytics in evidence-based learning, 11) Gamification and Virtual Gamifying some areas of learning, such as those found in Compliance training, provides people with a ‘secure’ arena where they can try taking some risk and receive positive reinforcement. Furthermore, it allows people to recognize how they stack up against their peers, earn badges, cooperate, and feel a sense of attainment.
