Employee Relations Management: Motivation, Grievances and Discipline

This course enables HR professionals to learn strategies to manage the relationship of each employee with the organization and with each other. Participants will learn strategies to motivate employees such as an open work culture, flexible appraisal systems, innovative recognition and reward systems, accessibility to coaching and mentoring opportunities and career development sessions. Participants will learn to handle workplace discipline problems and grievances, and strategies to influence the behavior of managers, line supervisors, team leaders, and team mates to support a positive and dynamic work culture. Participants will be aware of ER regulations and policies that address employee grievances due to unfair and/or unethical practices, discrimination and bias.
