This interactive training course is designed for administrators and personal assistants who recently joined an HR team and/or aspire to improve their HR administration skills. Participants will explore the role and process of human resources and learn how to use different selection and recruitment tools and perform basic HR functions such as planning and administering performance appraisals. The course also provides participants with several technical knowledge and skills including HR communication & reporting, legal documents and employee policies and handbooks.
