Basics of Human Resource Management

HR professionals will learn the basic functions of HRM which are Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Succession planning, Compensation and Benefits, HR Information and Analytics system, and Conflict Management. Participants will also understand that HR managers are responsible for aligning HR functions and initiatives to the overall strategy of the organization to achieve business goals; establishing a productive work environment, and collaborating with other departments to bridge their HR requirements gap. Participants will understand the competencies needed by HR managers to perform various duties and tasks in the above HR functions, such as writing job descriptions, and performing job analyses, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
