Advanced ERM uses legal and ethical approaches in establishing Employees Right and Responsibilities and in dealing with the grievances and personal issues of employees. In negotiating a resolution, ERM is guided by Policy and Procedure for Dispute Resolution and Grievance in industries. ERM in organizations may establish its own Codes of Conduct to proactively resolve behavioral and technical compliance issues at the organizational level. In handling employee relations, it is incumbent upon HR managers to clearly provide specifications to modulate between employee expectations and protect organizational interests and accountabilities. In this course, HR professionals will explore Codes of Conduct, and discuss case studies of ERM.
