This program will offer attendees some of the primary root cause analysis methods and techniques that can be employed in reporting, fieldwork, planning, and phases of an internal audit to expedite more in-depth discussions with the management on issues identified, consolidate audit observations reported, and improve audit effectiveness. These techniques can be used apart from or in conjunction with current audit methodologies, tools, and approaches.
