Microsoft Cloud Workshop: Intelligent Analytics (M40516)

This course teaches students real-time analytics without the need for IoT. Delegates will learn how to activate intelligent conversation in machine learning, utilise analytics to visualise actual-time customer sentiment in a hotel environment enabling guests to communicate and chat directly with the concierge. Students will utilise analytics to anticipate real-time customer sentiment, in addition to discovering trending sentiment over time to design a bot that can reply to enquiries and embed it in the custom web application.
