Food Production Sustainability

This course covers the conflicts and trade-offs among food systems objectives. The course will explore the requirements of a salubrious environment (including specific resources such as oil) utilising health and welfare as the main conceptual framework, and it will also examine the requirement of human health and wellbeing and healthy cattle and crops. It will also explore whether trying to maximise the impact of any of these factors may or may not lead to conflicts with other stakeholders.
