Effective Purchasing and Contract Negotiation Strategies

This course explores how a contract with a supplier should be evaluated and deciphered and which negotiating conditions are needed, offering realistic, experiential advice in preparing and performing successful negotiations, and independently assess the core competences and abilities necessary for success. When this course is over, learners will understand how critical preparation is in effective negotiations, negotiation strategies, core problems of various contract terms, essential finalization aspects and collaborative agreements and countermeasures.
