Coaching and Mentoring Skills for Peak Performance

This interactive training course is designed to help leaders, managers and supervisors practice and enhance important behavioral coaching and mentoring skills and employ coaching and mentoring as a modern strategic management tool that develops their people individually and collectively. The course develops core competencies required to become an ideal coach and mentor, and it describes how the coaching and mentoring processes really work for improving performance and developing working relationships built on trust and support. Participants will understand how to take on the role of coach and mentor appropriately to cultivate new skills and attitudes, accurately gauge the needs of individuals and tailor their coaching and mentoring approach to fit the needs and learning style of each individual.
