5s Facilitator Workshop: Creating a Contemporary Visual Workplace

This practical workshop is designed to build the participants’ competencies and capabilities to perfectly fulfil the 5S Facilitator’s role in eliminating waste from the work environment through better workplace organization, visual communication, and general cleanliness. The workshop will explore the set-up, implementation, and review of the 5S roll-out and clearly position the 5S methods within the appropriate context of KAIZEN Lean and value stream improvement. Participants will learn how to cultivate 5S continuous improvement culture that fosters safer, healthier, and more productive workplace which in turn translates into improved teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and productivity.
