Mastering Training & Curriculum Design

Designing a curriculum for training effectiveness begins with performing a Training Needs Analysis at three levels: Organizational, Operational and Individual. The Organizational analysis identifies issues that keep the company from achieving its strategic goals; the Operational analysis examines the competencies that people need to effectively perform in their job; and the Individual analysis gathers information about the target audience. In this training program, participants will learn to develop a full Training Needs Analysis. Participants will use various tools to gather information such as, Interviews, Examining Work Output, Competitive Analysis, and Performance Assessment. Participants will learn various methodology to conduct training, and how to create course evaluations that measures the effectiveness of the training with respect to helping the organization achieve its business goal.
